Amendment to Divisions 2 and 3 CCRs
At the November 17, 2005 Special Meeting of CPHOA, the members voted to amend a portion of paragraph 3.16 Exterior Finish to read:
“Roofs of all residences shall be covered with cedar shingles, cedar shakes, tile roofing, or composite shingles of a minimum double laminate with a minimum of a 50-year warranty."
